MIS has separate air-conditioned hostels for boys and girls. There is a common room equipped with a LED TV, table tennis, chess, and carom tables. Hostel also has an infirmary where full time nurse is available. Every student has been provided a bed, study table, a chair and a storage cabinet with own private space.

Routines & Recreation
The morning jog and the evening study are perhaps one of the most distinctive hallmarks of life in a residential school. In MIS these routines have been reinvented and infused with meaning and purpose. The morning jog / yoga is a time to get off to a fresh start, to rejuvenate and reorient our students to face a new day. Mealtimes at MIS are a time for bonding and friendship, and catching up with peers.
Post-dinner our students typically unwind in the recreation area in the club room, choosing from games such as chess, darts, carroms, and other board games. TV-time as well as reading from the wide selection of books housed in the hostel library are also regular activities among the students.
Boarding Activities and Programs
We encourage exchange programs and competitions for our students. These exchange programs enable students to broaden their horizon and know various cultures. The exchange programs are study plus excursion tours. These provide exposure and experience of working with groups of diverse cultures.
We arrange various educational and leisure trips for our kids, which further enhance the understanding among the youth of various cultures making our students better social beings, appreciating diversity of styles of living.
The school has a hospitality department which takes care of the comfort and convenience of students. The House Warden and other caretakers work hard to provide optimum services and maintain both comfort and hygiene for the students. A large number of facilities have been incorporated to make the stay of students homelike and to come up to the expectations of the parents.
Wi-Fi facility is available in the campus. To further enhance communication facility, a landline number is also provided so that parents and students are in touch with each other whenever required. Further, mobile phones are available with all concerned authorities so that parents and students may get in touch with them as and when required. Students are not allowed to keep personal mobile phones in Hostel.
The school has a well equipped medical and recovery center equipped with all modern facilities to meet any exigency. A doctor is available to meet the calls of routine check up and maintain general well being of students as well as to cater to any emergency. A team of support staff of nurses and attendants is available to facilitate the medical team. The school infirmary provides basic first aid facility and care.
The School has a tie up with reputed hospital, to attend to any unforeseen serious concern that may arise. An ambulance facility is also available.
